Go into Control Panel on your DNS server and then
Domain Name System (DNS)Server and click on Parameters
Add
Address (A) Record
Enter in the boxes:
Host Name sub
Domain Name domain.co.uk
IP Address enter the IP address you are forwarding to.
Then go into Site Management and set up the web site as sub.domain.co.uk
