Hy,

if its an problem with resolving the IP of the firewall. Create an entry in 
the /etc/hosts file for this IP Adress and the problem should be solved. Then 
your RaQ can resolv the IP and the client can connect fast.

Remember to reboot after you have changed /etc/hosts. If it does not solve 
the problem, then ther's an other problem. Perhaps a misconfigured firewall ?
