[cobalt-users] RaQ XTR Web Mail not working



Greetings

I have a RaQ XTR and I can't seem to figure out why the webmail doesn't
work. I have a site user account created. I can log onto the the
personal site (http://mycobalt.com/personal) and I can look at my email
setting etc. But when I try to access the web mail I get the following
message:

Sorry, you do not have an account on this IMAP server. Please contact
your system administrator for assistance.
<snip>

I need to set this system up so IMAP works and the webmail works. I
cannot find any setting for confirming this. 

Any ideas on what I may be missing?
