My guess is that the logfiles are being rotated out of existence. This is
controlled by logrotate. SSH into your machine and do a man logrotate for
more information. Basically your Raq2 has 2 directories, /etc/logrotate.d
and /etc/logrotate.onboot. You'll find the scripts that control logrotation
for your virtual sites in there. Also, take a look in the archives. Do a
search for logrotate or logfiles.
