A little more information is needed before we can help out on this one.
Firstly, what is the full url you are trying here. For example:
http://www.yourdomain.com/admin
And are you trying to get to the site administrators page, or the cobalt
raq administrators page.
Have you typed in a username and password yet, or does it not even get
that far.
When it shows the error, copy and paste the url it leaves in the address
bar, as sometimes this has changed, which will help point to the error.
