it looks like that at least one of your nameserver
is non authoritative. It might be the secondary of
www.xyz.com

Normally 4 zone files are required.
2 for www.xyz.com
and 2 for abc.xyz.com

First of all you should Dig each nameserver
to see whether they are really correct or
not.

Run the command
Dig www.xyz.com@your-nameserver
not locally on your RaQ but remotely
on another machine.
