Another question might be what, if anything, are they going to do to
rectify the problems with the current RaQ series.

I was told by a highplaced Sun employee that after the RaQ3 was dropped
from production a final update to software would be issued to address many
of the problems, questions and wishlists submitted by members of this
list, wither directly or in a list that I submitted.

For the life of me, I don't remember seeing any such update, mention of
it, or further communications from Sun.

In view of the non warranty Sun offers for RaQ software, it appears that
we're all just left out to hang in the wind as we tend our Blue Washing
Machines.
