[cobalt-users] Can Raq 3 support mailboxes?

Hello, my old boss, who runs a raq 3, I help her here and there with it, but 
she said it only supports email forwarding

so
bob@xxxxxxxxxx goes to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

she said mailbox setup doesn't exist
That's not true, is it?

How do I use outlook express to connect to my domain's mail?

pop what are those settings?
