Yes, I was with CobaltRacks for 1 month before I left. The reason was
being because their support was non-existent, I had to spend a fortune on
phone calls to them, just to get them to reboot the server, etc. However,
their speed was consistently good. I must say, that if it weren't for the
crappy hardware, I wouldn't have left (the crappy hardware being a low-end
RaQ3, I now have a RaQ4i at RackShack.Net). RaQ's are very nice, if
they're the high end ones. I may look into getting an XTR soon, any
comments? -- Jonathan
