[cobalt-users] notifying the right user of unsent email...

Actually the file /var/spool/mail/httpd receives the notifications about 
unsent emails from every user in the RaQ, but how can I make to send the 
notification to the user that sent the email?

If Joe@xxxxxxx send an email to misterX@xxxxxxx and this email doesn't 
exist, how can I make that joe@xxxxxxx receives the notification instead of 
httpd (/var/spool/mail/httpd ) ?
