[cobalt-users] Email problems on new RaQ4i

Hello all,

Wonder if anyone can help out, bit of an emergency this.
We've just swapped over to a RaQ4i server, and I have transferred all email
accounts to the new server, which should have gone smoothly.
We are connected via ADSL, and although three of us in the office can use
our mail with no difficultly, one user cannot send emails to certain email
address/hosts. The error received from Outlook is

"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. Server Response: '550 5.7.1 email@xxxxxxxxxxxx .... Relaying
denied.

Please check your mail first.
(account: 'www.clicktolearn.co.uk' SMTP Server: 'www.clicktolearn.co.uk'
Error Number 0x800ccc79).

The email@xxxxxxxxxxxx is of course made up just to protect the privacy of
who I am sending it to.

As I say, this only affects one user, and he can send and recieve emails
from other peoples PC's. It could be a BT Openworld related problem, as he
has had to manually adjust his IP's before.

Any help much appreciated.

Paul
