I tried ATA/66 7200RPM drives in my own RaQ4, and they did not work. I
never got beyond the "Loading kernel" message on the LCD. OS Restore was
flaky too...

Probably it was the power consumption that was the problem. There's not
a lot of headroom in the RaQ's power supply.
