[cobalt-users] next site number wrong

We have a Raq2 with some sites at site28, site29, site 30,
site31... we also have some at site1 through site13. 

The problem is the "counter" is at "14"., ie., the next site
it installs will be site14. This is fine with me, except
when it gets up to site28, it's gonna give us that "virtual
site already exists" error. 

My big hope is that there is simply some file I can just go
change one line and have the next site number be site32. 

Does anybody know the name of the magic file that contains
the next site number? And if no such file exists, where can
I go get the gory details on how I'm gonna have to fix this?
(er, uh, should I just go get another raq?)
