Hello flash22,

thanks for all your help so far

what seems to be happening is that the raq2 isnt recognising aliases
at all... I have the following setup:

gmi@xxxxxxxxxxx with alias of enquiries
blue@xxxxxxxxxxx also with alias of enquiries

however when I send something to enquiries@xxxxxxxxxxx I get a "User Unknown"
error - as I also do for enquiries@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have tried creating other aliases and these dont seem to work at all
either :( they appear fine in the virtusertable whether I enter them
manually or via the gui - however they dont seem to be recognised
