One thing is for sure, if there IS a pkg file for it,
not only will it demand a reboot, but it will also log on automagically
to Microsoft, register your Ethernet MAC address and IP, and then threaten
all kinds of dire consequences unless you either (a) send lots of money or
(b) send your firstborn as hostage.
Don't touch it - not even with a disinfected barge pole.
