I do believe you are wrong. There is no reason to ever install another OS on a RaQ. A Raq was built to be a RaQ. If you want another OS you would be better off with another piece of hardware. The initial boot of all RaQ boxes appears to come from the BIOS. I would think it would be real difficult to change that. You can find a lot of equipment out there of the same size as a Raq for less money that you can add any operating system you want and would probably work out better by far for whatever else you are trying to do.
