On my RAQ4I I am getting this error for all domains, This is new, it was working the last time I looked.
I'm not exactly sure how it worked on the 4i's before the latest updates but I moved from a -3 to a 4i this week and had hell to get the mail setup properly.
I have heard enough other users who have had the boxes for a while having similar problems that I think the way the 4's handle things was changed in the "update"
In the site settings panel, if I have any www.whateverdomain.com entries (main host is still listed as www) then it screws things up.
Under the server and email addresses, I had to put only domain.com as aliases.
All www.domain.com entries had to be put into the email server parameter settings via control panel.
it took a long bit of screwing around but that is the only way it worked for me.
You can get it to work by putting the www. in your site settings but then that will pork aliasing and catchall mailing..
Very strange way to configure, at least when compaired to the very simple and "foolproof" RaQ3 mail setup procedure.
