Do you mean webmin, as in the UI designed by a 3rd party? Or webmin as in
the 3rd party web interface (webmin.com)?

Can you enable telnet and get in that way? There's not a whole lot you can
do without having some kind of command line access. Someone suggested
downloading /etc/passwd... good idea, make sure its not corrupted.
Re. your new info, its obvious that something strange is going on. However,
if you were using the cobalt GUI to add a new user, this sort of thing
should not be happening. My guess is either a hack or somebody at your colo
has made a big mistake...
Ask the colo if they will let you use a machine remotely to console to your
raq. Have them run a serial cable from one machine to your raq, and you
should be able to telnet to that machine, then telnet from that machine to
your raq.
