[cobalt-users] majordomo get listname file?

I cannot get the Cobalt majordomo implementation to archive, so  I 
thought I would drop a text file in the majordomo listname "files" 
directory so that majordomo would respond to the "get file" request.

However, when I try to ftp to the "files" directory I am told I do 
not have permission, even though I am logging in as "admin".

/usr/local/majordomo/sitename/files

What use has permission to write to this directory?
