The installed version of Chili!Soft didn't have the e-mail stuff. However, you can drop a mail to customer support for Chili!Soft telling them you want to send mail from your Raq with ASP, and they'll give you a package which will enable mail on your RaQ with Chili!Soft. The address I used earlier this year was tech@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
