[cobalt-users] apcupsd

I use the apcups deamon from www.sibbald.com/apcupsd
My problem is that when i test the ups the cobalt would'nt shutdown
proberly,
they stuck at "shutting down network" (though it must be "please turn off
power now") and then the ups shuts down.
Every time this happenes it loses its password and the password reset doesnt
work so i have to restore everything..
I use an standard PC server as master and 2 cobalt raq4's as slave.
What could be the problem?
