Hi, normaly if you login as admin and upload files, other users can't modify
these files.
You can do the following from Telnet/SSH:
cd /home/sites/<sitex>/
chown <user>.<sitex> -R web
Note: Replace <user> and <sitex> with the user and site directory.
That will change the owner of the whole directory "web".
Here is an example:
cd /home/sites/site10/
chown jsmith.site10 -R web
Hope this helps.

Asunto: [cobalt-users] chmod command
Hello,
For some reason or other, a directory on one of my clients sites, seems to
have had its permissions altered. Firstly, can somebody let me know how this
might have happened. I am the only person who accesses the site via ftp.
Second what chmod command can I use in telnet/ssh to change the directory
attributes.
Thanks,
Declan.
