you might try raqbackup.sh: http://www.dnid.de/cobalt/raqbackup/
raqbackup.sh is a backup-script but you can use it to migrate your
virtual sites to another RaQ, too. It has an option to delete the
cmu-mailspool-files after cmuExport.
