[cobalt-users] Server Monitoring Software/Services?

Can someone recommend some good software or services for keeping an eye on a
Raq4r to make sure everything is working ok and to notify me if something is
wrong.

Something I'd really be interested in, and I'm not sure if it exists, is
some sort of service that monitors your server from various locations
throughout the US.  Cause obviously if I can access the server, doesnt
necessarily mean someone from California can, cause we take different paths
to reach the server, right?
