Hello all,

Sorry for the OT post but I thought (hoped ?) that some of you would find
this of interest.

A while back I suggested a possible solution to the spam and hacker/DOS
problems.  Well, since then I have been in contact with quite a few folks
and started WIPOC. http://www.wipoc.org (new portal software)

We are now approximately 30 Companies strong and growing.  We are still in
the planning stage at the moment due to RFC restrictions.  Hopefully this
will change in the near future as more and more Companies come aboard.

Basically I was just wanting to let those of you interested know of the
updated site.

Thanks a lot for all the ideas and encouragment on this folks (not including
all the whiners out there. hehe).  Without this mailing list here I would
probably never have gone through with this. hehe.  And for those of you that
are members don't forget to let your upstream (or where applicable, you
downstream) know of this project.
