I searched archive, but can't find any discussion of this problem.
Downloaded the RaQ4r-050901.iso.gz file,
Ran gunzip, then copied it to a Windows machine & used Easy CD creator
to copy the file in ISO9660 format.
The problem: When I try to boot, all goes well for a while, then I get
an error:
--------------------------------------------------------
VHS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem).
cdrom: open failed.
VHS: Cannot open root device 16:00
Kernel panic: VHS: Unable to mount root fs on 16:00
---------------------------------------------------------
Amy ideas what went wrong? I have a CD that I purchased from Sun that
works fine - was trying to get a more up-to-date copy.
Thanks
Jim Poe
