RE: [cobalt-users] slow response time



i just found it... thanks for the responses.. it was dns.  our problem is though, that our access lists do not permit dns, and I forgot about that.

This usually indicates that there is a DNS issue or the server is having
trouble resolving your address that you login from. You could try putting
your IP address or hostname in your /etc/hosts file. I would also check your
DNS settings to see if anything is amiss.
