Thanks for the replies on the intermittent FP problems...

I have now found the cause of the problem :>

The customer was using the wrong username...that simple

You would have thought that when FP2000 tried to communicate with the server
it would have said "sorry wrong name or wrong password".

No chance it tells the user that it can't connect to the server and it's a
problem that lies with the ISP

So far customers hasn't come back to me yet
