I think I figured it out... Looks like it is a result of having domains with
no users setup in them... These were third level domains are all temporary
ones that I never bothered to setup users - just posting FP sites to
them....

So, make sure the domains all have at least 1 site admin setup in them to
eliminate problems.... (Note: Untested, but it sounds right).
