You can't.
If you want to graph virtual devices then you must use some sort of
intermediary collector - like IPFM http://www.via.ecp.fr/~tibob/ipfm/ - and
then process the output from that.
Unfortunately since eth0:[0123...] etc. are VIRTUAL addresses, all their
packets are handled by the REAL device eth0 and then the kernel spits them
out to the right virtual address.
