[cobalt-users] Attaching message when user sends a message.

Hi All,

I have a question. For some days I'm thinking about a resolution for a
customer of mine.

He asked me wheter it is possible to attach a disclaimer to every email
message sent out by one of the employees.
Now it is done by the users pc, which means that if the user/employee want
he can delete the disclaimer before sending.

What I want to know now:
is it possible to attach a disclaimer beneath every mail send from the box
of ONE virtual site on a box NOT for whole box.? This way the user has no
control over the business defined disclaimer which must be in every email,
considering the business the company is in.
Can this be realised and if so, how ?? Thought, hints & tips are more than
welcome.
