really the easiest way if to implement 2.1. I compiled from source - it
slotted right over my existing 2.0 . Difference from 2.0 to 2.1 was that the
webalizer.current is a different format - so you have to delete the
webalizer.current files on each site (I renamed mine) if you use incremental
yes in the conf.

There are other differences from 1.3 to 2.1 - I believe there is also a
different format in webalizer.history that may also require an edit. All
explained in the 2.1 docs
