Hello,
I'm having a big situation here. One or our servers (a RaQ1 machine) is [I
hope not] death. This machine was running without any inconvenience since
march 1999 (and so we never contacted the technical support). Our client
bought this machine in Germany to a company that now doesn't exists anymore.
All the other vendors of Cobalt in Germany are suggesting to throw it away
and buy a new one (good choice!).
Briefly: we need HELP.
We need to detect if the problem is coming from the HD, the RAM, the
motherboard... The machine is not booting and is not presenting any
information on the display.
We would like to solve this (even if then we decide to buy a new machine).
I will be very thankful if some of you can give me some tips / advices /
ideas.

PS: Sun Cobalt is asking us to pay Euro 95 to process a
hardware-request-form. Then, they will check what they can do... Is that the
only way?
