er..oops, wrong machine, yes, it's in the main httpd , hmm, look in the
http.conf for the ssl lines , eg <VirtialHost 1.2.3.4:443> Note the 443
(ssl port)

If it didn't add any of this you might need to fake it, add a key in the
GUI and then go back after and stuck the real key/key pair in...hmm

under it there should be SSLCertificateKeyFile etc....see where they say
the keys are, probably reading them from somewhere other than where you
think....

Remember to peek at the error logs to see if it's unhappy about the key's
