I haven't installed the package, but as I understand it, an alias directive
is added (manually or automatically) to httpd.conf outside the VirtualHost
container blocks making it accessible to all sites.  Simply remove that line
(or don't add it) and add it to the VirtualHost container for each site you
want to give access to the software and what you ask is possible.

That I don't know, but if not you could simply install a separate instance
of it from source on each site and it would be.
