WTF is MailScanner??? Wow it needs lynx?? sheesh, I'm surprised.
Lynx is a NON-graphical web browser...named after the fastest animal on
the planet (or the second fastest depending on who's stats you read and
believe, I dunno) and oh man is it fast. It makes you feel as if you're
bolted on to a OC48 and you're the only person on the network when you
enter the URL for a site. Its interface requires a little mental
adjustment but oh man is it worth the adjustment.
<showing internet old age>
It's a pity that too few sites are optimized for non-graphical
browsers...I remember a time when if you put up a site you'd get spanked
by visitors if it wasn't automatically optimized for lynx et al.
You can grab a lynx rpm on the redhat site. [long pause owing to slow
network connection and graphical browser] Begin at this URL and take it
from there: http://www.redhat.com/support/errata/RHEA-1999-050.html
I also don't know if you're running Intel or non-Intel so be sure *you*
know before downloading and installing the correct version.
