[cobalt-users] Moving SSL to Raq3

Hello again,
I asked this last week. I found a how to in the archives, but not sure what
we are doing wrong. Seems many people have asked how to install certs from
various vendors. We have a client with a Verisign Certificate. I have the
Certificate, The Key and the Request. The original server they where on is a
Debian with Apache. The naming for the certs with this company was
www.domain.com.crt and so forth. The raq needs them named certificate,
request and key. We loaded the certs up to a dir and cp'd them and renamed
them then set the proper chmod on them. They show up on the cobalt gui. They
don't seem to be correct.
Has anyone successfully moved a current certificate from one server to a
Raq3 if possible and gotten it to work. If you did what was the process you
used. 
We have a client that is coming on from a competitor as well as we may be
getting 4 other eccomerce clients from the same company. We are getting
desperate. I don't want to call cobalt yet:(
