I totally agree with this statement. We have had the same problems here for
a week since we had to install three raq4's out of the box and we had no fun
at all with it, more or less also that it wasn't three in one run but
several days in between which ofcourse takes a lot of time doing it over
again.
Now we are considering to create our own install but then again it will be
obsolete when cobalt releases the new os. Is there any indication of a time
period when the new OS will be released ?

But now Gerald, you are right that now it isn't possible to have your client
(SECURE) on the web while you are still on the phone with him !!! No way 15
minutes setup, and hacked in the 15 minutes afterwards.

Isn't it possible to release the OS update on a more frequentbasis ??
