[cobalt-users] majordomo subscribe file

When someone subscribes to a list I want majordomo to respond with a 
message that is unique to the list.  How is this done?  What do I 
name the file and where does it fit into the file structure?  Do I 
need to alter the .config file?

I am using the standard Cobalt configuration.
