Very common, but you'll notice 10.0.0.254 doesn't directly talk to the
outside world. There's another IP between it and what you're tracing to.

IIRC, on my RaQ2 if I didn't check the box for accept mail in the site
settings, I couldn't get to the site as domain.com only www.domain.com.
(But, in this case he also needs an A record for www.)
