how can you run badblocks. I dono if this is the trouble or not. SOunds logical though.
I have another raq 3 if I could only mirror the data real quick and throw the IP up and see if the other one behaves the same way.
i'll poke more for log stuff and errors. though I have been looking and have not seen anything unusual.
