[cobalt-users] RaQ4 - IMAP configuration



We have a client who has their own RaQ4i and is using IMAP and Outlook.  Of the 50 users on the machine 1 or 2 get the following error frequently:

"Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have left
the connection idle too long."

Some users can keep their connection open for hours.

We have not visited their offices as they are several hundred miles away, but we are told that all Outlook settings are the same for all users.

Is there a configuration file for IMAP where I can check timeout settings, simultaneous connections, etc.? 

Ideas?
