[cobalt-users] Perl problem

Hi everybody,

My RaQ4i suffered a spam attack some months ago due to the know perl 
formmail script.- don't flame me, everybody here knows that it must not be 
used anymore -  (BTW I replaced it with a PHP script which has proben quite 
reliable, is light and really easy to install. In case some one needs a 
copy drop me a line).
Now, here is the problem: Now when I load a perl script it may or may not 
work. The GUI and  several different scripts work fine but some others 
state "an internal server misconfig happened".
I beleive that maybe a particular module was broken due to the spam attack, 
but how do I find which one is it?  Or maybe its something else?
If I opt for the general restore to the original config it would take me 
weeks to reload the server.
