A real name would be nice, so that one could greet you, when answering your
questions.
If you completely deleted a website then you also deleted the associated
folder. Example.
You deleted the website www.mydomain.com. By doing so you also deleted the
folder /home/sites/www.mydomain.com/....
So you lost your stats.
Wait until the next day until your cron.daily will have regenerated the
files.
