Do you think this could apply to upgrading drives ? Like using Drivecopy to copy the 10gb on a 32gb (or bigger but I don't know about other limitations) ? Does Drivecopy allow for different sizes ?
Hard drive upgrades are exactly what Drivecopy is all about.PQDC is Partition Magic's little brother - runs from a boot disk - and will expand or resize partitions to fit a larger or smaller hard drive automatically.
In this case, the Cobalt drive had 5 partitions on it. All will have been minorly adjusted to fill the space on the Maxtor drive as the Maxtor was a little larger. This can be disabled too leave remaining space blank if desired.
