This error message was only there for this one site, even if other sites had
also visitors at the same time. I think this one site did cause the
problems, but I can't understand this strange path at the end of the line.
There is no file or directory like this.
This error is caused by Apache denying requests to filenames starting with
".ht", which prevents users from downloading .htaccess and .htpasswd
files. For some reason, requests are coming in for that file.
