My ISP had an extended power outage and my Raq 3 was shut down through a
power failure. It doesn't boot now. It comes up to a screen that says
IP Address 10.0.0.150, which of course is not my IP address.
I tried run the restore CD but the S and E buttons next to the LCD panel
don't work properly. I can't get the Raq to boot from the network ( or
any other way).
Any ideas? This is the second time in the past 6 months that this thing
has gone down. Last time it was a bad cold solder joint. I also got
creamed this summer by hackers who exploited the DNS security problem.
I'm beginning to wonder why I spent so much money on this thing.
Help?
Regards,
John Pirner
