[cobalt-users] OT Cobalt Newbie Training (UK)

I am currently setting up a Newbie training course for Cobalt Admins in 
UK. This is aimed at the novice users and only covers the GUI side of the 
Raqs. It covers all the basic bits which novice users are constantly 
asking thier hostmaster. 

If new server administrators had some basic training then they would 
bother their ISP a great deal less.
