Hi Joseph,
This probably occured after you applied OS-update-3.0 am I right ??
Because in that pkg they made a change to the default file setting.
I handed in a request to Cobalt EMEA yesterday, but I haven't heard anything
from then since, not even a confirmation e-mail telling me that they
correctly received my request.

I believe Cobalt EMEA support is hidden in Leiden, if you are hiding there
as well then it might be a good idea to send out a small confirmation e-mail
to customers whom submitted a support request.
