[cobalt-users] Web pages unavailable

Greetings.

I have been having a problem with my Cobalt RaQ server where I cannot access 
any pages over the Web.  My browser says 'site found waiting for reply' but 
nothing ever comes through.  I can only get into ftp and telnet though.

The first problem I found was a mail loopback, the common 'mail loops back 
to me (MX problem?)' thing that I have read about in this usergroup list.  I 
fixed that by adding my domain to the sendmail.cw file, and now my emails 
are coming through.

But this did nothing to solve the unaccessable web pages.  In telnet I used 
top to view the server, as well as ps -auxww, but I can find nothing that is 
consuming all the server resources.

I have tried restarting httpd, as well as the syslog.  I get emails saying 
there are log rotate errors, I have searched all through this usergroup for 
answers but nothing has fixed the unresponsive web server.

Anyone know whats going on?
